As for these new arrivals who are saying they've taken over the city, I don't like them. I'll have to see what they're after, I guess. I don't like being ruled.

Really? Well, there was this big creature called Sin that destroyed about half the city - which shrunk - there's whispers of a group kidnapping people called the Organization, and there has recently been a takeover of the city by strangers that no one's ever seen in the city.
